Spend three nights at Spirit of Sofia, our privately reserved boutique property in downtown Palm Springs.
With exclusive access to the property, you'll enjoy comfortable accommodations, inviting shared spaces, and plenty of cozy spots to read, relax, and connect with fellow readers—all just steps from the pool.

All meals are included beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with breakfast on Sunday.
You'll also enjoy snacks and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the weekend.

Throughout the weekend we'll gather for spoiler-filled discussions celebrating the newest ACOTAR release, favorite characters, unforgettable moments, theories for book 7 & 8, and everything in between.

From our ACOTAR-inspired canvas painting session and book bedazzling (you bring the book, we’ll bring all the bedazzling supplies) to trivia and game night, we've designed each activity to bring readers together while celebrating the series we all love.

Your Home for the Weekend
For this retreat, we've reserved the beautiful Spirit of Sofia, where you'll spend the weekend in a private boutique property surrounded entirely by fellow readers.
Guest rooms open onto a beautiful courtyard centered around a sparkling pool, creating the perfect setting for slow mornings with coffee, afternoons spent reading in the sunshine, and evenings filled with conversation and laughter.
Whether you find yourself curled up with your book in a shaded lounge chair, chatting with new friends in one of the shared gathering spaces, or wandering into downtown Palm Springs during your free time, you'll have plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge.

Enjoy a spacious king bed, a twin daybed, and a patio with direct access to the courtyard and pool. Each room also includes a private kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and pedestal sink, creating a comfortable home base for your retreat weekend.

This cozy private room features a full-size bed and offers a comfortable, budget-friendly option for solo guests. While the bathroom is located just outside the room rather than en-suite, it is reserved exclusively for your use throughout the retreat.

We strongly recommend finishing Book 6 before arriving. The retreat is designed as a celebration of the newest release, and discussions and activities will include spoilers throughout the weekend.

This retreat is inspired by the world of ACOTAR. Throughout the weekend, you'll find thoughtful nods to the series through themed activities, games, discussions, and other bookish details designed to celebrate the books we all love.

No. While our featured book club discussion will mostly focus on book 6, conversations throughout the weekend will celebrate the ACOTAR series as a whole. From favorite characters and unforgettable scenes to fan theories and world-building, there will be plenty to talk about.
If attendee interests align, discussions may also explore how Book 6 fits into the broader Maasverse, including connections to Throne of Glass and Crescent City, as well as theories and predictions for book 7 & 8.
