Thank you for choosing Bound Escapes. By registering for a Bound Escapes retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot unless otherwise stated.

Your reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email from Bound Escapes.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All retreat registrations are non-refundable.

Because we reserve accommodations, purchase supplies, and make vendor commitments well in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations for any reason, including illness, travel delays, weather, work obligations, or personal emergencies.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Reservation Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest with prior written approval from Bound Escapes.

The original guest is responsible for finding a replacement attendee.

Any transfer request must be submitted with sufficient time for us to update registration information and prepare for the new guest.

Bound Escapes reserves the right to deny transfer requests if adequate information is not provided or if the transfer cannot reasonably be accommodated.

Shared Accommodations

Shared occupancy pricing is available only for two guests booking together.

Bound Escapes does not assign or match roommates.

If a guest who booked a shared room no longer has a roommate, Bound Escapes will work with the guest to determine available options. Additional charges may apply if private accommodations are requested or become necessary.

What’s Included

Each retreat page outlines exactly what is included with your registration.

Unless specifically listed, transportation, airfare, travel to and from the retreat location, alcohol, personal purchases, optional off-site expenses, and travel insurance are not included.

Retreat Itinerary

While we strive to deliver the experience as advertised, retreat schedules, activities, instructors, meals, and other details may change due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, vendor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any changes will be made with the goal of providing the best possible guest experience.

Dietary Restrictions

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies whenever reasonably possible.

Guests must notify us during registration or as soon as possible afterward.

While we work closely with our food providers, we cannot guarantee that every dietary request can be accommodated or that meals will be prepared in allergen-free environments.

Health & Personal Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in retreat activities.

Participation in all activities is voluntary.

Guests are responsible for their own health, personal belongings, and decisions throughout the retreat.

If a medical emergency occurs, Bound Escapes may seek appropriate emergency assistance on your behalf. Any resulting costs remain the responsibility of the guest.

Guest Conduct

Bound Escapes is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees.

Guests are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, vendors, and property personnel with kindness and respect.

Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Property Care

Guests are responsible for treating the retreat property with care.

Any damage caused by a guest may be the financial responsibility of that guest.

Photography & Media

During the retreat, Bound Escapes may capture photographs or video for future marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify us before the retreat begins, and we will make every reasonable effort to honor your request.

Assumption of Risk

By attending a Bound Escapes retreat, you voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with travel, group events, recreational activities, swimming, crafting activities, walking, and any optional off-site activities you choose to participate in.

You agree to participate at your own discretion and accept responsibility for your own safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bound Escapes, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, delay, travel disruption, property damage, or other claim arising from participation in a retreat except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Force Majeure

Bound Escapes shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, wildfire, government restrictions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, utility failures, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

If such an event makes the retreat impossible or impractical to operate, Bound Escapes reserves the right to reschedule, modify, relocate, or cancel the retreat as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All Bound Escapes materials, including retreat guides, worksheets, activity content, branding, logos, and original materials, remain the property of Bound Escapes and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Changes to These Terms

Bound Escapes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation unless otherwise required by law.
